How do I shop online?

Shop conveniently anytime, anywhere on your computer, smartphone or tablet.

Do you ship and deliver nationally / internationally?

We currently ONLY deliver within the Auckland Region - New Zealand. If we expand our delivery locations we'll be sure to let you know.

 How long does the delivery take?

Tunoa Pacific Flavour delivers in 2 business days, usually next day. Order by 5pm for a next day or 2 business days delivery. Order placed after 5pm will be processed next business day.

Can I track my order?

This service is not provided as delivery is done locally within the Auckland Region for now. However, you will be notified via email or phone of your order's progress.

Can I pick up and collect my order

We only provide the delivery service at the moment. If we add the Click & Collect option in the future we'll be sure to let you know.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay either by credit or debit card - Visa or Mastercard. You can also pay using PayPal.
In addition, you have the option to make a Bank Deposit.Please Note: Your order will only be processed until payment has been received.

What are the operating hours for Tunoa Pacific Flavour?

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
Saturday: 9am to 3pm; Sunday: Closed
